Dominus Shipping Policy

We charge a flat shipping rate of $17 per paddle. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

We ship using USPS First Class Package Service or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight and size of the package. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2-5 business days of being shipped.

International Shipping
We also offer international shipping. International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination country. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country, but most orders arrive within 10-14 business days of being shipped.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to some countries due to shipping restrictions. If you are unable to ship to your country, please contact us for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
